As a Shipping Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant operations for our Games and Fintech products. In this position, you will work closely with Regulatory Authorities, providing the necessary documentation to support product shipments while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Coordinate and manage shipping and notification requirements for newly licensed jurisdictions.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with rules, guidelines, and regulations related to product shipments.
- Issue shipping notification requests and follow through on obtaining necessary approvals.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable rules and laws during product transport.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and casinos for matters related to product shipments and installations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal departments regarding product approvals, shipment schedules, and sales order inquiries.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in Engineering Support, Gaming, Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance.
- Strong positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete tasks independently.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $22- $24/per hour.
