We're looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Global superstar team at Too Good To Go in Toronto.

Here is what it will entail:
We're looking for a passionate and organised individual to support our ambitious growth, with a primary focus on Sales and Key Accounts - which means a big focus on speed and accuracy. You will focus on identifying and engaging with candidates to cultivate interest in working with our organisation. You will ensure that streamlined processes are in place to ensure smooth and efficiency without compromise on the candidate experience.
Working with close collaboration with the wider Global Talent Acquisition Team where you will lean in to support, share insights and work together as #oneteam.
Your role
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within Sales and Key Accounts.
Proactively source and screen suitable candidates, with a focus on relevant experience, hard/soft skills, values and mission alignment.
Provide guidance and support to Hiring Managers with the recruitment process and decision-making.
Partner internally to creative adverts for job boards, social media, and other relevant channels
Maintain an active pipeline of referrals from internal and external employees.
Contribute to data sharing via analytical reports to several internal stakeholders, such as Hiring Managers & Business Partners.
Build influential relationships both internally and externally.
Hire at speed without sacrificing our values, candidate experience and overall employer brand.
What we're looking for
You have experience handling 15+ requisitions at a global scale.
Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment process within Sales
Hands-on experience with direct sourcing; you are creative and able to persevere with repetitive tasks in order to forge the right outcome.
Full professional proficiency in English & French is essential, plus additional language skills are a strong advantage.
You care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity in the hiring process and beyond.
Awareness of the importance of being in a data-driven environment and working with KPI's.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Greenhouse knowledge is a huge plus!
Autonomous work style: You are empowered by taking ownership and accountability for what you deliver.
A natural people-person; You get energy from establishing professional & successful relationships and enjoy being in an office environment 2/3 times per week.
