Position Summary
Radiology Partners is seeking operations support team member who can manage physician scheduling for multiple practices and can also oversee efficiency on patient flow. Your performance and contributions with scheduling directly impact patient care everyday.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and managing schedules for multiple practices in two states.
Maintain multiple physician schedules, and ensure that clinicians meet their goals and requirements. This may include allocating shifts fairly to prevent burnout, and preparing for holidays, closures, and emergencies.
Ensure daily adequate radiologist coverage for multiple sites.
Manage the patient worklist to ensure timely response for study dictation.
Assists in proactive problem management activities, identifying trends, participating in root cause analysis, and implementing assigned corrective actions.
Identifies enhancements to known solutions within the knowledge base.
Contributes to service improvement projects.
Communicate scheduling needs as needed to radiologists and practice director.
Perform other duties as necessary.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous scheduling experience required
Previous radiology experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
Must be able to independently make strategic decisions, generate innovative ideas and solutions, and multitask due to a wide variety of tasks and constantly changing activities in the area
Effectively respond to inquiries from, and work collaboratively with, all functions and levels within the organization
Possess great attention to detail

The hourly range for this position is $22-$26.
