The Opportunity
BAMKO is currently seeking a high-performing Director of Sales to build and manage our sales team. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential by crafting sales plans and distribution strategies to ensure strong, committed client relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships to increase BAMKO product sales and profitability. You will be charged with leading the most vital segment of our business, so an innate ability to connect with, lead, motivate, and grow our sales staff are critical to your success.
The Details
The responsibilities for this role Include:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing our international sales team.
- Actively training and developing our sales talent by leading by example, one-on-one training, role playing and coaching on a regular basis.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Partnering with HR on recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of all sales team employees.
- Driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while maintaining awareness of all new products and competition status.
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Maintaining a positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude and disseminating these qualities throughout the company.
