As we expand our SaaS portfolio with the launch of Caidentia, an advanced eProcurement solution, we are searching for a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Sales. This role will be pivotal in establishing and executing a sales strategy to drive Caidentia’s market adoption and success across key enterprise segments.

Your pivotal role in building and advancing sales for our new eProcurement solution is more than a typical sales position; it's about establishing the foundations of a new business segment within Samsung SDS America. You'll engage prospective clients, comprehend their unique needs, and demonstrate how our innovative solution can transform their supplier management and procurement processes.
In this role you will play a key part in shaping the success of our eProcurement solution by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively demonstrating how our solution can optimize their supplier relationships and streamline the procurement processes.
The Vice President of Sales for Caidentia will be responsible for crafting and leading a comprehensive sales strategy, building a high-performance sales team, and developing long-term client relationships in the competitive B2B SaaS landscape. This role will focus on scaling Caidentia’s footprint across target markets, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring revenue targets are met through strategic market positioning and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented sales leader with deep expertise in SaaS, particularly within procurement, ERP, or supply chain technology.
The primary goal for this role will be to build and drive initial revenue, taking Caidentia from $0 to $10 million by developing strategic customer relationships, building out the sales pipeline, and executing efficient sales process. In this high-growth, high-impact role, you’ll work closely with the Korean product development team to align on the global product roadmap, ensuring customer-centric approach that meets market needs.
This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the US. Due to the nature of this role please expect business traveling up to 45%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation & Forecasting: Own revenue targets, accurately forecast sales, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective planning and strategy execution.
- Customer & Partner Relationships: Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers, identifying new revenue opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline from the ground up, leveraging relationships, partnerships, and direct outreach to secure initial traction.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement materials, tools, and training to empower the sales team with a thorough understanding of Caidentia’s value proposition and the broader eProcurement landscape.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement an effective go-to-market strategy to drive Caidentia’s growth in the B2B SaaS market, with a focus on enterprise customers.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to refine Caidentia’s positioning and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to refine Caidentia’s positioning, identify sales opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration with Product & Marketing: Work closely with product management and marketing to align sales initiatives with product development and promotional efforts, ensuring an integrated approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- Team Leadership: As the revenue milestones are achieved, scale the sales organization by recruiting, training, and developing a team of top-tier sales professionals who can contribute to aggressive growth goals.
- Sales Operations & Process Optimization: Oversee the sales funnel, improve CRM usage, and implement best practices to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency.
- 15+ years in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS, ideally within procurement, supply chain, ERP, or related industries.
- SME of procurement domain. Expertise in direct procurement is a plus.
- Exceptional team-building and people management skills, with a history of developing high-performance sales teams.
- Strong understanding of complex SaaS sales cycles, including account-based selling, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- In-depth understanding of the eProcurement or supply chain technology landscape, with the ability to identify and leverage trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the US, as well as abroad.
