Job Title: ServiceDesk (Technical Support)
Location: 100% Remote (Preferred location: Austin, TX or nearby. In-person meet and greet may be requested by the client)
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related work experience, which could include customer service, assisting end-users with hardware and software-related problems.
- Technical Skills: Basic networking knowledge.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist with basic network setup and troubleshooting.
- Document and track issues, resolutions, and technical requests.
- Escalate issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to ensure user satisfaction.
