Purpose
Acquires basic knowledge and develops basic skills through mentored work experiences. Applies learned knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Direction
- Perform work under direct supervision of an experienced professional and follow established procedures and clearly defined processes.
At the Operational and Company Level
- Primarily interacts with internal team members and peers across multiple departments within the organization to gain knowledge and assist in preparing deliverables.
Do the Work
- Applies learned knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.
- Perform a variety of functional tasks related to department’s operational needs such as data entry, research, billing, reconciliation/audit, scanning/filing, etc.
- Research and prepare reports relating to departmental projects and activities.
- May perform basic computations or analysis.
- Perform other specific departmental duties as assigned/needed.

Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program.
- Must have successfully completed an internship with the Company.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Physical Demands and Working Environment
- Primarily indoor professional office environment which may include exposure to bright/dim light, noise, fumes, odors, and traffic.
- Mobility around an office environment.
- Frequent and prolonged use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
