Portfolio Recovery Associate at FinFit
**This position is for a 10:00 AM-7:00 PM shift.
Contacts customers to establish repayment options considering their financial situations to help resolve their accounts. Looking for a results driven person who has a passion for helping others through challenges. You will be given the necessary tools to effectively work your accounts and be set up for success. This position requires you to be self-disciplined, have an adaptability to change and to be open to feedback.
Qualifications we value
● At least one year of previous Collections Experience
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Strong Negotiation Skills
● Problem solving skills
● Ability to display empathy
● Understanding compliance regulations
● Empathy
● Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and alternative shifts when needed
● Familiarity with CRM (Zendesk, Freshdesk), Telephony systems, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Forms, Word, PowerPoint), and account management systems
● An understanding of consumer lending principles

In this role, you’ll get to…
● Contact existing customers to assist in resolving their account
● Work with customer to establish reasonable repayment terms
● Maintain detailed records of work actions
● Adhere to debt collections laws and regulations to ensure compliance requirements are met
$18 - $20 an hour
Hourly rate is $18-20/hour. This position also has an incentive program based on performance.
