Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
• Lead, mentored, and motivate a team of sales agents to exceed sales targets and quotas
• Monitor team performance and provide targeted coaching to enhance sales techniques
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Analyze sales metrics and trends to optimize team performance
• Foster a competitive and results-oriented atmosphere to achieve maximum productivity
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a sales role, with a successful track record of 2 years or more in a sales supervisor role
• A rich history of effectively managing sales teams and generating high conversions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales-driven team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
