WellSky is currently searching for a Medical Coder to join our Corridor team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing OASIS and coding. A day in the life!
You will be responsible for:
- Making independent decisions regarding accurate ICD-10-CM code assignments
- Reviewing OASIS and assigning accurate codes supported by the documentation
- Identifying viable primary diagnosis and procedure as well as pertinent secondary diagnosis and procedures
- Adhering to coding compliance regulations and internal policies to ensure accurate billing

Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years related work experience
Do you stand above the rest?
Preferred Qualifications:
- OASIS certification
- Experience with Epic, HCHB, or MatrixCare
