Do you have 2+ years' experience working in CRM with data entry and data entry support, and history of effective cross-team collaboration? Our client is seeking a CRM Data Support Administrator to be responsible for responding to CRM requests for data updates and general guidance. In this role, you will work closely with seller teams, as well as Finance and Risk Management data entry teams to ensure data is kept up to date and accurate across our customer data ecosystem. This is a fully remote, 40 hour per week 6-month contract (with possible extension).
Portfolio Note: In order to be considered, candidates must have minimum of 2 years' experience working in CRM with data entry and data entry support.
You Will:
- Monitor and respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner
- Ensure standards and established processes are followed and maintained
- Auditing customer and prospect database for discrepancies
- Leverage various data sources to confirm validity of information and make necessary updates in CRM system
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent job experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in CRM with data entry and data entry support
- A history of effective cross-team collaboration
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to evolving business processes and technologies
- Ability to think critically and apply logic across scenarios of varying complexity
