WHO WE NEED
Personify has an amazing opportunity for a sales professional to join the Wild Apricot Sales Team within a growing, dynamic software company. This position will report to the Onboarding (Sales) Team Manager and play a key role as a part of the overall Sales Team. We’re looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Representative with a Customer Success mindset (internally we call this an Onboarding Coach) to join our User Onboarding and Sales Team to help us bring in new customers.
In our business model, we offer a 60-day free trial. Your job is to be a trusted advisor to people during the trial phase and to deliver an awesome experience so that more people choose to become customers. Your role is a mix of sales and service.
The Wild Apricot Onboarding Team Coach will proactively engage trial accounts in an effort to upsell them to a paid account. This position will use various engagement tools and strategies to achieve activity metrics and upgrade goals.
The Personify technology platform includes:
- Association Management Software(ThreeSixty, MemberClicks, and WildApricot)
- Event Management Software(A2Z Events and Registration Tech)
- Member Engagement Software(CommUnity, Classroom, Job Board and MemberApp)

WHO YOU ARE
The Wild Apricot Onboarding Team Coach position requires an individual who is hard-working and goal/outcome-oriented. This person must have a customer service mindset, be curious, be adaptable to new initiatives, and willing to contribute to overall team performance through ownership and accountability
WHAT YOU BRING
· Customer service experience using email, phone, and live chat
· Comfortable using HTML and CSS, (preferred but not required)
· Basic understanding of a typical SaaS sales process, KPIs, and methodology
· Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
· Results-driven self-starter with the ability to multi-task; Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment with a "can do" attitude and growth mindset
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
· Sincere passion to deliver remarkable customer experiences every day
