Job Description
The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reviewing applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Responsibilities
- Review and screen applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess applicant suitability for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop and execute onboarding schedules for new hires.
- Maintain a database of candidates and document interview feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Other duties as assigned by the Recruiting Manager or HR Lead.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Technical ability to navigate through multiple systems and troubleshoot equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in call center recruiting.
- Experience working remotely in a distributed team environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Job Requirements
- Must be available to recruit during weekdays.
- Recruiting activities may take place during daytime hours, approximately 6 am-2:30 pm (PST).
- Must have open availability to adjust schedules based on company needs.
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.
- Ability to maintain professional communication in a virtual environment.

- Desktop Windows Computer (NO MACs or Chromebooks).

Pay and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly, DOE.
