HawkSoft is a family-owned business that provides software solutions to independent insurance agencies, enabling them to build and maintain relationships with their own clients. Customer experience is one of our pillars of success. As such, we invest heavily in an industry-leading team of agency support representatives who daily make a difference in quickly helping independent insurance agencies.
How can you help?
We are seeking additional product support representatives with insurance experience, who can join our elite team and play a key role in our company's ongoing success.
HawkSoft has continued to grow, even during Covid, and a lot of our growth is internal. We do our best to hire new employees with an eye towards their own growth and future. Our product support team is where you can get your foot in the door, learn our program, and then grow with our company, as you learn more about additional opportunities within our company. This growth is what drives our hiring, as we have members move to other departments within HawkSoft, we need to replenish our team, to continue to provide our support to our customers.
Product support representatives are responsible for assisting insurance agencies as they learn and use our Client Management System and other HawkSoft solutions.
