This position comes with a typical schedule of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE CALL CENTER
As a Member Services Representative, you are the first point of contact for our patients calling our office. Your warm and welcoming demeanor puts them at ease as you happily answer their questions and take messages. Your interaction with our patients is essential to provide a positive customer service experience to our current and future patients.
Your attention to detail assists you in organizing patient information and scheduling. You thrive in our fast-paced and people-driven environment and enjoy helping our patients over the phone. Plus, you feel great about the part you play in helping our doctors and staff provide excellent care.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a call center (medical field preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
