About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Solutions Consultant - Risk and Compliance to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about risk management, compliance, and technology solutions but do not require previous job experience or a formal degree. In this role, you will help identify and understand client needs, assist with the development of risk and compliance solutions, and provide support to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Support the process of gathering client requirements related to risk and compliance. Help identify potential challenges and provide insights into how our solutions can address their needs.
- Solution Support: Work alongside senior consultants to assist in designing and delivering tailored solutions for clients, addressing issues such as data protection, regulatory compliance, and operational risk.
- Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing clear documentation, including requirement specs and solution overviews, to ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in risk and compliance to help provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Client Training & Support: Support the delivery of training sessions to help clients effectively use our solutions, and provide ongoing support as needed to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members across various departments, such as sales, project management, and technical teams, to ensure effective solution delivery.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: No specific educational requirements or previous work experience needed. A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of risk and compliance is key.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Interest in risk management, compliance, and technology.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with basic technology tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Desirable Attributes:
- Familiarity with risk and compliance concepts (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or other regulations) is a plus, but not required.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
