We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as an Entry-Level Paid Search Specialist. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Campaign Setup & Management
- Help create and launch paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
- Support keyword research and assist in ad creation, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Monitor daily performance and report on campaign metrics like clicks, impressions, and conversions.
- Optimization & Reporting
- Assist with optimizing campaigns to improve performance (e.g., adjusting bids, targeting, and ad copy).
- Help analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and assist in presenting campaign results to the team.
- Learn & Develop
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to paid search and digital marketing best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and new features in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Support other team members with tasks related to paid search, such as landing page optimization and A/B testing.
Qualifications
- Education:
- No formal degree required—high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in digital marketing is essential.
- Experience:
- No prior job experience is necessary, though any internships, personal projects, or coursework related to digital marketing is a plus.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interest in digital marketing and paid search advertising.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic online marketing concepts is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets) and comfort with learning new software/tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
