Clutch is looking for a Freelance Billing and Reconciliation Specialist on behalf of our client.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Billing and Reconciliation Specialist with a strong understanding of digital media to provide temporary support for our client’s finance team. This role will involve a variety of tasks related to billing, invoicing, and reconciliation for digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Billing and Invoicing:
o Process invoices for digital advertising campaigns, including display, video, mobile, and social media.
o Ensure accurate billing rates, media costs, and agency fees.
o Reconcile invoices with campaign delivery reports and media plans.
• Reconciliation:
o Reconcile media invoices with publisher and platform invoices.
o Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and invoicing.
o Prepare and analyze financial reports related to digital media spending.
• Data Entry:
o Input data into billing and accounting systems, including campaign details, media costs, and agency fees.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• General Administrative Support:
o Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, file organization, and report generation.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Knowledge of digital advertising and media buying
• Understanding of billing and reconciliation processes for digital media
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
