Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Client Service Admin for a temporary contract position during our busy season. In this administrative role, you will be partnering with our Client Facing team handling various administrative tasks such as data entry, statistic gathering and reporting as well as performing quality checks. Candidate should be experienced and comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment where accuracy and the ability to multi-task is paramount. The work hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with some overtime likely.
This is a temporary, contract position expected to last through the end of June 2025. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Should be comfortable working as part of a team communicating between our Client Facing and Proofreading teams
• Performing quality checks based on client specifications
•Utilize time management skills to handle high seasonal volumes
•Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
•Some familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is a plus
•Flexible schedule during high volume season
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Excellent written and verbal communication.
•Excellent ability to prioritizes tasks, and effectively manage time.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access.
•Position requires full time from January through May, with some training in December
Compensation range: $17.00 per hour.
