As the B2C Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle marketing function charged with driving prospect and customer engagement and conversion across all stages of their journey.
You will support execution of both ad-hoc manual email and automated journey strategies, as well as on-going reporting and optimization. You should have a passion for email marketing best practices, as well as our audience segments and how to best engage with them. Being both customer-centric, data-driven and organized is essential to ensure we’re making smart decisions that grow the B2C business and also deliver a positive customer experience.
Duties/responsibilities
- Support lifecycle marketing function initiatives and strategies by organizing and documenting strategies in order to socialize and align with cross functional teams
- Partner with Marketing Operations on both on-going execution as well as ensuring data counts are accurate for audience segments
- Review and QA email test proofs to ensure accuracy prior to deployment
- Clearly articulate email performance and recommendations on a regular basis to Creative and MOPS partners
- Develop expertise in email best practices and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and privacy laws
- Desire to learn and support lifecycle strategies in order to drive engagement, conversion and revenue
- Always be optimizing, testing and bringing new ideas to the table
- Own lifecycle competitive analysis and reporting to ensure the team is up-to-date
Minimum qualifications/skills
- Exceptional ability to write clearly and concisely for technical and non-technical audiences
- High level of detail, organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast paced and high growth environment
Education and experience requirements
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of related or equivalent experience; or 2+ years with an advanced degree
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $65,000- $80,200 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
