Opportunity
Twin is seeking a motivated Eligibility Support Coordinator to join our growing Clinical Delivery Management team. This entry-level position will support key aspects of member outreach and eligibility operations. Reporting to the Manager of Eligibility, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring they receive accurate eligibility information and support throughout their care journey.
This role is responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance verification, i.e. correct coverage, applicable benefits, and coordination of benefits. Responsible for reviewing authorization requirements and ensuring approvals are obtained for participation for the Twin services. Responsible for maintaining and properly handling inbound and outbound calls. All responsibilities should contribute to providing the remarkable patient experience, team member experience, and an overall conversion enablement support.

Responsibilities
Member Outreach and Support:
- Conduct outreach to members regarding eligibility inquiries and insurance verification across various payer plans.
- Provide responsive and clear communication to resolve member eligibility questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth member experiences, escalating issues as needed.
- Document
Eligibility Operations Support:
- Assist in verifying member eligibility for coverage, ensuring accurate and timely processing across multiple systems.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks related to member eligibility and insurance coverage validation.
- Help monitor member eligibility workflows, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
Conversion Enablement and Workflow Assistance:
- Assist the team with managing conversion enablement processes, including resolving grievances and improving member onboarding.
- Help track key metrics related to member eligibility and contribute to improving workflow efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Reporting to the Eligibility Clinical Delivery Manager, this person will work closely across internal teams, and external partners to coordinate eligibility processes.
Provide feedback on lessons learned and collaborate on process improvements to enhance member satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to members.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in processing eligibility and coverage information.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong documentation skills
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or insurance verification is required.
- Meets quality standards, shows pride in performance, and demonstrates reliability and follow-through on all assigned tasks.
- 2 plus years of experience in a healthcare setting with specific experience in business functions such as registration and insurance verification OR equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office Products required.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 annually.
