About the role
As a Junior Product Designer of Operations at AgelessRx, you will play a crucial role in evolving the user experience for our medical, CX and supply teams utilizing our custom built electronic medical record software. You will join a small agile team focused on improving the customer satisfaction score and consultation turnaround times. You will also be supporting WordPress changes for the acquisition team. You will be responsible for updating PDP pages, content pages, and navigation based on changing products and regulations. You will also be flexing to the acquisition and retention teams when their workload increases. You will receive coaching and guidance from Senior Designers on those teams.  Through your skills, you will be helping people find solutions that improve their quality of life for years to come!Â
What you'll do
- Lead design projects within the operations team with guidance from Senior Designers. Â
- Work cross functionally with product and operations teams to develop solutions that provide the best experience to our employees and enable company growth.Â
- Be responsible for updating and maintaining the company's WordPress instance and page content hosted within WordPress. Â
- Assist Senior Designers within the Acquisition and Retention space with projects and user testing to develop your skills. Â
- Learn to develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate and test design concepts.Â
- Contribute to the evolution of AgelessRx’s design system. Develop a design system for the operations team with the close guidance of Senior Designers. Learn how scalable components are developed and documented to ensure a cohesive user experience across AgelessRx’s platform. Â
- Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products and ensure it meets your vision and expectations.Â
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience working as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects.Â
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.Â
- Self-motivated learner who is open to taking on projects across teams to develop their skills. You are eager and raise your hand if you have the capacity to help.Â
- Ability to understand and document complicated processes and simplify them for the benefit of employees and patients.Â
- Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems they’re solving.Â
- Strong collaboration skills and ability contribute and grow cross-functional teams and partners as part of your process.Â
- Empathy, curiosity, and a passion for understanding user behavior and needs.Â
- Conceptual understanding of design systems and willingness to build out your own design system with the coaching of Senior Designers.Â
- Proficient in design software such as Figma. Â
- Proficient in CMS’s such as WordPress, Contentful, Joomla, Wix, etc. Â
- An interest in working closely with product managers and developers to ship product features focused on prioritized customer needs; partnering with them to define roadmaps and prioritize requirementsÂ
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Â
- A passion for data - you are excited to seek out and rely on analytics, user research, and competitive insights to inform design decisions.Â
The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
