A company is looking for a Development Coordinator-Temporary to support School Fundraising programs for the Kids Heart Challenge campaign.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data entry and maintenance of donor information and fundraising event details
- Coordinate communication with directors, volunteers, and schools to achieve engagement objectives
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed for various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in administrative work, project coordination, or event management
- Experience with data entry and management systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or Luminate
- Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; advanced skills preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Must pass a background check and be at least 18 years old
