Contact Center /Full-Time /Remote
Inbound Coordinators are responsible for taking inbound calls from LSA's clients, completing required intake with accuracy and attention to detail, and connecting on-demand telephonic requests to interpreters. Inbound Coordinators may also support LSA's interpreters with resolving basic inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, complete required client intake without errors, and connect calls to the appropriate interpreter within LSA compliance and IBT performance standards.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to internal and external customers.
- Adhere to personal attendance schedule and arrive for work on-time. Communicate with call center managers, as appropriate, when issues arise.
- Maintain full confidentiality and adhere to LSA's security policies at all times.
- Complete interpreter evaluations as assigned or requested.
- Complete internal case forms as appropriate.
- Utilize available resources for independent problem-solving and escalate other issues or concerns as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven success with providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication, including proper spelling.
- Reliable, collaborative, and works with an enthusiastic mindset.
- Success working independently and within a team.
- Ability to type 30 WPM minimum.
Schedule
- Monday- Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm EST
- Saturday- Wednesday: 12:00pm- 8:30pm EST
