Job Description
We’re Sutherland and we’re seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) individuals to join us as Customer Service Reps on a full time, work from home basis. Join us and you will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.Â

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English AND Spanish
- Drive to solve problems and meet goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service
