As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and assistance with their medical needs. Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face and voice of our company, addressing incoming customer inquiries with a focus on order status and product knowledge requests, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Efficiently process customer orders and changes, adhering to established department policies and procedures, to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with our Credit Department, working as a team to resolve any disputed credit items promptly, demonstrating a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Take ownership of service failures or customer concerns, providing timely feedback to the company, and actively contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with our dedicated sales representatives, going above and beyond to meet and exceed our customers' service expectations, building lasting relationships.
- Embrace a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring all assigned tasks are cleared by the end of each business day, delivering on our promise of exceptional support.
- Be prepared for a challenging and rewarding experience, as you will be required to take a minimum of 250 calls per week during the initial 90 days, and an impressive minimum of 350 calls per week thereafter, showcasing your dedication and commitment to excellence.
- Address customer complaints promptly, offering appropriate resolutions and alternatives within defined time limits, and ensuring follow-up to achieve full customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and organize essential documents.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers, leaving a positive and lasting impression.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated reliability and flexibility in handling challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
- Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative, with a track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to various customer personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
