Responsibilities
- Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases for accurate cross-checking.
- Review and complete enrichment tasks as outlined in your training.
- Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all tasks.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus.
- Availability for 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
- Ability to work independently while also being an active and collaborative team member.
- Comfortable with a work-from-home setup, including having a stable internet connection.
