We're looking for an experienced Setup & Disclosure Analyst who is primarily responsible for ensuring the timely and complete delivery of initial disclosures. Our Setup & Disclosure Analysts are accountable for ensuring disclosures meet all required guidelines to help us continue elevating every experience.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for ensuring that submitted loans are compliant with the rules and regulations set forth by the governing enterprises and agencies of the mortgage banking industry, including but not limited to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, HUD, USDA and VA.
- Perform a wide variety of loan documentation duties utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the policies and procedures set forth for loan products.
- Analyzes Mavent Compliance reviews within Ellie Mae, Encompass. Solves fails regarding points and fees, state rules, enterprise and high cost.
- Responsible for scrubbing loans, which consists of validating documents submitted with the file and compared to our LOS, identify any discrepancies.
- Complete initial disclosures requests and any subsequent Changed Circumstance, Muat be knowledgeable in fees, tolerances and TRID requirements for disclosing loans.
- Frequent telephone and email communication with external clients and internal departments. Resolve issues raised by internal and external team members. Use escalation path when unable to resolve.
- Retrieve documents and information from creditors, AUS, appraisers, title companies, HUD and other applicable organizations and websites.
- Responsible for sorting, reviewing, verifying and uploading loan documents as well as other types of data entry.
- Communicate with and submit information to third party vendors as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
