Position: Support Services Team Lead
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Monogram Health has the most up-to-date clinical data for our member census.
- Identifying and obtaining important medical information for Monogram members.
- Using external clinical information resources and portals.
- Providing day-to-day support for team members, including immediate escalations.
- Using reporting and analytics to prioritize work daily.
- Managing outbound and inbound requests for a variety of medical records.
- Monitoring daily tasking & medical records fax queue.
- Updating patient records with pertinent data received through records.
- Owning and managing training, workflow updates, and facilitating bi-weekly team meetings.
- Performing outreach as needed to a variety of providers and vendors.
- Ensuring contact information for provider network contains accurate phone and fax numbers.
- Engaging the team by setting clear and achievable goals that align with company objectives
- Providing regular recognition and feedback to team members
- Conducting one-on-ones at regular intervals to provide coaching, mentorship, and support
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- Health Information Management experience preferred
- 2+ years working in the health care industry
- Top-notch customer service and interpersonal skills
- EHR knowledge. (Athena, Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Ability to prioritize, learn, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
