A company is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM Operations to oversee operational data processes within the CRM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry practices and daily operations of the CRM ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
- Design and document operational policies and procedures to improve workflow coordination across teams
- Provide technical support for gift administration and oversee revenue projections data systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of nonprofit CRM experience as a power user or administrator
- Experience with Salesforce and Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) strongly preferred; HubSpot and Fundraise Up experience a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Macros
- Proven track record of managing teams in both in-person and virtual environments
- Interest in social justice strongly desirable
