A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I to provide patient-first healthcare support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to the appropriate destination
- Process after-hour patient and emergency internal calls according to established protocols
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with routine inquiries about the organization
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
