Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks and office-related duties across multiple teams
- Help schedule meetings, interviews, and company events
- Perform data entry and support the Senior Office Manager and colleagues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service
