The Role
Wpromote is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Strategic Partnerships to spearhead our Strategic Partnerships and Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) strategy, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this high-impact role, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic collaboration with key partners, aligning with our long-term vision and financial goals. This leader will be responsible for shaping the future of our partner ecosystem, enhancing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and unlocking new growth opportunities.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $200,000 - $225,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

You Will Be- Defining, implementing, and refining a comprehensive channel partnership strategy that aligns with Wpromote's growth and revenue objectives.
- Partnering with marketing, sales and finance team to develop and document our Partner Program, with high quality collateral that identifies the unique value propositions of our program and the reasons why top prospective partners should work with us
- Leading efforts to recruit, onboard, and enable high-potential strategic partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. Examples of ideal partners include the following: Shopify, Klayvio, Measured, BCG, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong, strategic relationships with existing and potential partners, fostering collaboration to drive mutual growth and achieve joint revenue targets.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support partners through joint GTM initiatives, campaigns, and market enablement programs.
- Conducting regular business reviews with partners, utilizing data-driven insights to assess performance, optimize strategy, and identify areas for improvement.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and competitive activity to anticipate challenges and uncover new business opportunities for Wpromote and its partners.
- Collaborating with partners and internal teams to co-develop compelling joint marketing narratives that highlight shared successes and drive market awareness.
- Maximizing lead generation and qualified pipeline opportunities through targeted partner relationships, ensuring optimal performance against IPP criteria.
- Identifying and aligning partner technologies that complement Wpromote’s offerings, driving innovation and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics, including partner-driven revenue, pipeline velocity, and market share, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Building and scaling a high-performing Strategic Partnership team and winning culture.
You Must Have- 10+ years of experience in strategic partner management, business development, or sales, with a proven track record of success in a high-growth digital marketing or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage a thriving partner ecosystem that delivers consistent revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on long-term relationship building.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, technology partnerships, and the evolving trends in the industry.
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights, optimize partner performance, and make strategic decisions.
- Experience with partner ecosystems tools (e.g., Crossbeam), and GTM co-selling strategies preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
