We are seeking an Outreach Coordinator to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do
The LAUNCH Apprenticeship Network is a member of the Collaborative Impact team of the Foundation for California Community Colleges and supports meaningful connections between students and employers in California through work-based learning and support services. Our role is to support efforts to bring relevancy and real-world experience to students in California through growing the quantity and quality of work-based learning, with an emphasis on registered apprenticeship, but also may include internships, and other job training opportunities.Â
- Work with assigned K-12 district(s) and community college district(s) to coordinate outreach events, information sessions, and presentations about pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship options for high school students.Â
- Engage with industry partners, government agencies, associations, and other stakeholders to educate and inform about youth apprenticeship opportunities.Â
- Provide other general administrative support to LAUNCH staff, including, but not limited to the following:Â
- Assist with event and meeting logistics (e.g., invitations and RSVPs, meeting room arrangements, catering, AV requirements, travel coordination).
- Ordering and managing office supplies or other expenses related to outreach and events.
- Work collaboratively with the team to conduct research, including data collection, monitoring, analysis, and reporting, to increase understanding of apprenticeship and other program area impact

FoundationCCC is fully committed to a “remote-first” philosophy, where virtual work is possible. This is a Los Angeles-based position, with the flexibility for some remote work. This position will require travel to attend meetings, conferences, and perform other essential functions of the job within Los Angeles County.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$25.00 - $27.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
