What You’ll Do
Under the direction of the Contracts Manager, the Coordinator, Legal Operations provides professional administrative coordination and project management for the Legal Operations, and Legal Department Leadership Team and serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and partners who wish to connect with the Legal Operations Department.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a strong performer, an individual with strong attention to detail, a desire for accuracy to support the organization’s contracts function, and a team player passionate about their work and takes pride in attention to detail for successful outcomes.Â
- Coordination of Legal Operations team activities, processes, and efficiencies, including maintaining and advancing use of digital tools (Salesforce and Asana) and procedures for team coordination, communication, meeting preparation and follow up, task management, and data management.Â
- Coordinate the collection of data to maintain department dashboards for internal and external reporting. (Key Performance Indicator reporting).
- Assist with contract submissions, including gathering information, progress tracking, signature processing, delivery, and serving as liaison with finance, operations, IT, and other internal teams.

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all communications, deliverables, and projects are accurate, professional, and audience-appropriate.
- Ability to work on a fast-paced, remote team and build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by navigating various technology platforms (Zoom, Asana, MS Office Suite-Teams, Outlook, Salesforce and other database programs, Google Suite, etc.).

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$42,000.00 - $53,000.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
