What you’re applying for
Liability Coordinator (Remote)
We’re searching for an empathetic, organized, well-spoken Claims Experience Coordinator to join our Claims Experience (CLX) team.
As a Claims Coordinator, you’ll be part of the frontline support system helping our Liability Claims Advocates achieve success. You’ll complete essential claims processing tasks like monitoring claim workflows and summarizing important documents, in addition to using your stellar written communication skills to provide a world-class claims experience to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a delightful experience for customers who email Lemonade claims-related questions
- Triage claims to the correct advocates
- File claims with third-party carriers for subrogation opportunities
- Document and track lawsuits that come in against our customers and Lemonade
- Follow-up on outstanding checks to ensure customers have received their payout
- Complete claims support tasks for advocates on our Liability and Litigation teams
What You’ll Need
- At least 1 experience in an administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong desire to be part of a growing tech company

Lemonade’s US hourly rate for this full time position is $21.15 hourly, plus equity + benefits. Our salaries are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
