Job Title: Stibo Technical project manager (Remote)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Stibo and will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions that align with our business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work on ground breaking projects and make a significant impact on the company’s success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Stibo solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of Stibo solutions ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their growth.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Stibo implementations.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure consistency to best practices and coding standards.
- Solve and resolve technical issues related to Stibo implementations.
- Optimize Stibo solutions for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Stibo technology.
- Ensure that all Stibo solutions follow security and compliance standards.
- Participate in project planning and deliver accurate estimates for development tasks.
- Communicate effectively with partners to ensure alignment on project goals and work.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Possess Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in Stibo with a deep understanding of its architecture and capabilities.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues.
- Show proficiency in designing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Have superb communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-functional teams.
- Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Possess strong documentation skills to maintain clear and comprehensive architectural documentation.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 09/19/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $102,000 – $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
