We are looking for people who enjoy helping others to successfully answer telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Call Centers, while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude. You will answer for a multitude of different client types.
This position is TEMPORARY and onsite in Guatemala City. Classes starting mid to end of October.
Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of previous call center, customer service, or office background experience is preferred but not required
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- +16 years of age, (work permit is required for those under 18)
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English, B2+ level

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to use technology effectively and productively
Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll take the lead in addressing customer questions and concerns on all products and services through multiple communication channels such as phone(outbound & inbound), email and/or chat.
- Effectively communicate with patience and understanding
- Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
- Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
- Maintaining composure in challenging situations

- Work hours - Days and Nights available - Temporary
- Work Days - Mon-Fri & Every Other Weekend (will have 2 days off during week on wkd rotation)
- Status - Temporary ; 20-40 hours
