Five Star is currently looking for an Recruitment and HR Analyst.
The position will assist with recruiting in the US and work onsite in our Guatemala office.
Position Responsibilities
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Skillfully change from one task to another with efficiency
- Effectively communicate with patience and understanding
- Remain positive and professional in all internal and external customer interactions
- Flexibility to cross train as requested
Qualifications
- Experience in a call center environment; either in High Volume Recruitment, QA, or CSR.
- Recruiting experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Quick learner and able to work independently and with a team
- C1+, fluid conversational english level - Mandatory
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong phone and in person verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Adaptability to different personality types
- Maintaining ,composure in challenging situations
- Ability to use technology effectively and productively
- All standard vision abilities are required
- All standard hearing abilities are required
Hours and Status
- Primarily Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:00 pm. However, there could be times where hours/days worked could change pending business need.
- Full Time
- A three part sign on bonus
- Pay = up to 7,500 GTQ monthly
