We’re looking for experienced customer service associates with a drive to ensure the best possible experience for our clients. Our company has been in business for over 35 years in the U.S. and has recently started operations in Guatemala!
Next classes will start on 9/30/24.
This position is on-site in Z.10, Guatemala City. Eventually, it could become a work-from-home position if you meet the work-from-home guidelines. (Work-from-home opportunities are granted based on performance, attendance, and business needs, and are not guaranteed.)
Qualifications:
-Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently (C1 or above).
-3 months to 1 year of previous call center, customer service, or office experience required.
-High school diploma preferred.
-Technically savvy and able to multitask.
-Positive attitude, quick learner, and able to work independently.
-Ability to type 25-35 words per minute accurately.
Hours and Status:
-Status: Full Time.
-Monthly bonus opportunity (performance bonus + parking bonus + sign-on bonus).
