A company is looking for a Data Entry Associate (Voice and non-voice).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally as required
- Verify information from third-party entities using online databases
- Review and complete data enrichment tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes
- Experience in a call center, inside sales, or related customer service roles is a plus
- Availability for 40 hours per week starting immediately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have a stable internet connection and be computer-savvy
