Role Description:
The People Operations Associate will promote a positive people experience by providing support in three key areas: human resources operations (70%), culture and engagement (20%), and talent acquisition (10%).
Responsibilities:
Key Outcomes
- Coordinate and execute HR operations for remote staff across the US, UK, and Canada while working closely with the Associate Director of People Operations.
- Nurture our culture and employee engagement through onboarding new employees, maintaining current programs, and proactively spotting opportunities for new projects in this area.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition function.
Responsibilities and Duties
- People Operations (70%)
- Coordinate incoming HR operations service tickets.
- Partner with our PEO and internal teams like Finance and Technology Services to resolve service tickets.
- Track tickets from creation to completion in Asana, monitoring progress and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Director in areas like benefits open enrollment, compliance, ESOP, offboarding, filing, correspondence, reporting, and research.
- Culture & Engagement (20%)
- Hold new employees through the onboarding process and continue building out the process to be more Co-Active.
- Maintain current employee engagement programs like our employee coaching and training programs.
- Generate ideas for new engagement opportunities that you are excited to carry forward.
- Talent Acquisition (10%)
- Support our recruiter with administrative tasks like scheduling interviews and light maintenance of our applicant tracking system.
Skills and Competencies

- One to two years of HR experience, or HR education in place of job experience, or other relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communicator both verbally and in writing.

- Strong and savvy with technology with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality.

Potential salary range for this role before benchmarking is $50K-$65K, dependent on all of the factors stated above.
