Key Responsibilities
- Update member enrollment records accurately and timely according to client requirements
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely handling of enrollment changes
- Serve as a subject matter expert for enrollment-related projects and maintain client relationships
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of related experience in administrative support, data entry, or customer service
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
