Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce components.
- Manage data integrity and ensure data accuracy through regular audits and maintenance.
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Train and support end-users, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge.
- Lead a team of Salesforce professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with extensive knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
- Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce projects and teams.
- Experience working in a complex direct marketing environment that is fast paced and changing.
- Experience in marketing channel testing, development, and management.
- Strong experience with Software as a Service: Salesforce.com and Sales Cloud.
- Ability to read and interpret Apex Classes/Appex Triggers.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and third-party applications integration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
