A company is looking for a Voice Data Entry Agent to support data enrichment tasks in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and verify information using online databases
- Complete enrichment tasks as defined by the client, including data entry and vendor resource verifications
- Ensure timely and quality execution of assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center or related customer service experience
- Available to work 40 hours per week starting immediately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Can support a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection
- Computer-savvy candidates are preferred
