About you:
- You are an energetic Recruiting professional skilled in engaging with various company types including startups, scale-ups and creative agencies.
- You have a deep understanding on how to fill hiring needs across design, engineering, video, marketing and other creative fields.
- You can confidently identify client needs and demonstrate how Contra's platform is and can become an integral part of a companies talent strategy.
You will own:
- Reviewing jobs posted on Contra and matching the job to the best freelancers on the platform.
- Reviewing inquiries sent on Contra to identify company and agencies hiring needs.
- Following up with clients for feedback on applicants, to share updates on their job posts, shortlist of applicants and anything else to increase the number of paid projects on the platform.
- Following up with freelancers for feedback on matches, to nudge them to respond to client messages and anything else to increase the number of paid projects on platform.
- Driving companies and agencies to complete paid projects on the platform. This will take continuous multi channel outreach, relationship building and other creative tactics.
- Identifying upsell opportunities to Contra for Companies.
Total Comp:
- $120k-160k OTE - 60% salary base + 40% commission bonus based on projects successfully matched, paid monthly.
**This is a remote 3 month contract to hire position. Once hired full-time you will receive:
