Responsibilities:

Log and deposit settlement checks into trust accounts.
Maintain trust ledgers and reconciliations.
Issue trust checks only after documented attorney approval.
Hold and release checks per firm policy.
Maintain lien reserves until finalized.
Upload and document all trust activity in CASE peer or other practice management systems.
Enforce trust rules without exception.

Qualifications:

Experience in trust accounting within a legal setting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Ability to maintain and reconcile trust ledgers with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven track record of managing financial transactions and documentation in CASE peer or similar systems.
Strong understanding of legal trust rules and the ability to enforce them consistently.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with attorneys and leadership.
Proficiency in issuing and managing trust checks, adhering to firm policies, and obtaining attorney approvals.
Capability to handle lien reserves, ensuring they are maintained and released appropriately.
