PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop short- and long-term strategy through deep understanding of products, applications, regulations, customers, and competitive landscape.
• Define, structure, and execute voice-of-customer initiatives to identify customer needs that result in a strong product/technology roadmap.
• Develop business case for new product opportunities; work closely with cross-functional team via the stage-gate process to successfully launch new products to deliver on innovation metrics.
• Develop value propositions and effective sales tools to communicate differentiation.
• Work within a cross-functional organization to help drive dynamic performance in all areas.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop collateral for both print and digital platforms; Participate in tradeshows to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Conduct portfolio optimization based on product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team for successful implementation of strategy to achieve financial targets.
