Were looking for a Senior Manager of Product Operations to help continuously improve how our Product and Technology teams work in order to drive even more value for our customers and the organization. This role will interact closely with senior leaders from Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to establish and gain adoption of the (lightweight) processes, tools, routines and frameworks that enable us to define our Product strategy, translate strategic priorities into tangible delivery roadmaps, and enable us to execute at a high level. Additionally, youll help improve how we measure our performance, communicate our successes (and failures/learnings), and ensure that the teams are not only working efficiently and effectively but know whats going on and are constantly improving.

What You'll Do:
• Manage and continuously improve Product planning and operational process and routines
• Help us set the rhythm and cadence of the Product organization to ensure were delivering and holding ourselves accountable effectively
• Manage and evolve teams monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Work with leaders and Product Analytics to ensure clear team goals and KPI alignment
• Help plan quarterly Product and Technology all-hands meetings
• Develop internal communication strategy of Product + Technology strategy and progress to broader organization
• Develop learning and development programs for Product + Technology members to help us continue to up our games
• Have fun building meaningful software with awesome people
When You Start:
By day 30 you will:
• Make connections with the leaders and team members across the Product, Engineering, Design and Analytics functions
• Map out our current routines, tools and operations to set a baseline for our current ways of operating
• Begin to share first impressions of best practices and observations based on your prior experience helping teams operate in a high performing way
• Begin taking responsibility for our current operating routines, e.g. MBRs, QBRs to work with leaders across the team to manage them
By day 60 you will:
• Continue building trust with leaders and teams across the organization
• Have interviewed or surveyed members across the team to understand pain points and opportunities as they see them today in our operations
• Have gained business context on the various different Product and Technology domains and teams, who are customers are, what our priorities are and what were trying to accomplish
• Identify opportunity areas for improvement in how we operate and create a proposed pilot to test changes or evolutions of what were doing today
• Have fully taken responsibility for current operating routines
• Help lead the nearest upcoming quarterly planning process and QBR
By day 90 you will:
• Have built trust with leaders and teams across the organization and a clear understanding of how we work today and opportunities for improvement
• Manage and run the recurring routines for the team as a go-to person for leaders on the team
• Create a roadmap of where you believe you should lean in most in the coming quarters
What You Have:
• 5+ years of Product or Product Operations experience
• Experience working with Product and Technology teams to improve their operations and a track record of measurable impact helping them execute faster and with higher quality based on your work
• A bias for creating just enough process to make things effective but not so much that it weighs down teams or creates unneeded bureaucracy
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; you listen well and also arent afraid to have a strong perspective
• A proven track-record when it comes to stakeholder management; you feel confident partnering with demanding internal groups and effectively gaining buy-in and follower-ship for your ideas
• A flexible mindset that is open to change and new information. Youre first to understand when team behaviors and work methods need to adapt to new information
• Goal orientation and demonstrated record of success in previous endeavors. Youre motivated to deliver exceptional results, driven by a strong work ethic
• A sharp mind, a soft heart and a large funny bone
The national cash compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $203,000* per year.
