KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideally experience within catering in large venues such as: convention centers, sports venues, large hotels , multi property all operational
Communication and data entry/analysis are a big piece.
Scheduling responsibility
Hosting concerts, private events, special events. On any event day, the catering manager will be overseeing our VIP seats or club access and back stage
420 Unique Events: internal luncheons, staff catering, more complicated holiday party, large Gala
Profile: Hotels, Large catering venues.
Profile: Need to have Large event experience
